Project Plan: Community Geriatric Nursing Home
An initiative of the "Nour Al Haha Medical Services" Association
Facility Size: 1,000 m²
Required Budget: ₪ 10,000,000
1. General Background
The "Nour Al Hahat Medical Services" Association was established for the health of the community in the Triangle region and its surroundings. The Association operates an active medical center, with doctors, nurses, paramedics, and ambulance drivers, driven by the mission to save lives and provide a rapid, professional, and respectful medical response to every person.
Our vision is to make advanced and respectful healthcare services accessible to every resident, at any age and any time. Out of this goal, the real and urgent need arose to establish the first geriatric nursing home of its kind in the region, which will combine quality medical treatment with human warmth, sensitivity, and a sense of belonging to the community.
2. Project Goal
To establish a modern geriatric nursing home covering approximately 1,000 m², which will provide professional, medical, and nursing care of the highest standard, while preserving the quality of life, human dignity, and safety of every resident. The project aims to provide a solution for the elderly and their families in the Triangle region, where there is currently no advanced geriatric framework available.
3. Project Importance for the Community
The project is expected to be a significant change for the local population:
Currently, residents are forced to send their parents to distant institutions. Establishing such a facility will strengthen the sense of community belonging and security.
The nursing home will provide a medical, nursing, and emotional response close to home.
The project will create dozens of local jobs in the fields of medicine, nursing, kitchen, and service.
A social and activity center for the elderly will be established, which will strengthen intergenerational ties and encourage community volunteering.
This is a project with a social, medical, and community impact – a true investment in life itself.
